Shotcrete machine is a kind of equipment that is widely used in tunnels, culverts, subways, water conservancy projects, and underground works shotcrete construction operations. According to the different methods of adding water to the concrete mixture, shotcrete machine can be divided into three types: dry shotcrete machine, wet shotcrete machine and semi-wet type shotcrete machine.

1. Dry type: A certain proportion of cement and aggregate are mixed evenly and then blown by compressed air to the nozzle and mixed with the pressure water from the pressure water tank and then sprayed out. In this way, the construction method is simple and the speed is fast, but the dust is too large, and the rebound loss of the sprayed material is large.

2. Wet type: What enters the sprayer is the concrete mixture that has been added with water. Therefore, the dust content in the spray is low, and the rebound amount is also reduced, which is an ideal spray method. But the wet material is easy to condense in the material pipeline, causing blockage and troublesome cleaning.

3.The semi-wet type is also called the wet type, that is, the concrete mixture is a wet material with a moisture content of 5%-8% (by volume). This material reduces dust when spraying. It has less adhesion than wet materials and does not stick to the tank. It is an improved method of dry and wet.
