Doogee S118 Pro is a new triple-defense smartphone with specs that look undeniably enticing on paper. The brick of this smartphone comes with a massive 10,800 mAh battery, an octa-core SoC paired with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of expandable storage.
Rugged smartphone enthusiasts will be pleased to know that prominent brand Doogee has announced a fresh new member to its impressive family of rugged smartphones. Dubbed the S118 Pro, the all-weather gadget arrives as a premium version of the existing S118 rugged smartphone.
The Doogee S188 Pro sports the decently powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 memory. The rugged smartphone can be equipped with up to 512 GB of flash storage, which should be plenty for the vast majority of use cases. Should that not suffice, the S118 Pro sports a microSD card slot as well, allowing for up to 2 TB of supplementary storage. A 6.6-inch FHD+ display graces the front of the device, with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and a serviceable peak brightness of 480 nits.
The Doogee S118 Pro's camera setup looks admirable, at least on paper. On the back, we have a 108 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra wide angle camera and a 20 MP night vision camera. For selfies, 32 MP sits on top of the display. Equipped with a massive 10,800 mAh battery, which justifies the S118 Pro's unsurprisingly chunky body. Doogee claims that the S118 Pro is a rugged smartphone, MIL-STD-810H, IP69K, and IP68 certified, with reinforced components and excellent drop protection.The S118 Pro starts at $359.99 in the U.S., and comes with a 33-watt charger and USB-C cable.
