I believe Aaron Donald would have been an ideal cover player. Donald was the top player in the
Mut 25 coins in tackles and sacks for loss. He was named a first-team All-Pro for the fourth consecutive year. Should the cover also cursed him? No. Although the Rams did not make it to the playoffs, it's impossible to put the blame on Aaron Donald. His numbers fell slightly, however he was once again named to the first-team All-Pro.
Lamar Jackson was the best option, but we're looking at other options, and it's possible that Jimmy Garoppolo or Dak Prescott could be our current cover player. Travis Kelce certainly has a persona, and the game is as a the real-life Madden 25 cover athlete Rob Gronkowski. Derrick Henry and Michael Thomas could also be excellent options.
Yet, Christian McCaffrey had a year to remember this year. He was third in touchdowns rushing and second in the number of rushing yards, and 2nd in receiving. He's among the most thrilling players on the field today. Should the cover have been a curse on him, too? It's too early to tell, but the cancellation of a show could be a factor.
You are free to choose whether or not you trust me however I chose to include the "would this man be cursed too" section after I had written the whole piece and was amusing to realize that a handful of guys wouldn't have survived their season unharmed through Madden Curse. Madden Curse. However, there would be something they could blame their bad seasons on. I'm hopeful for both EA Sports and myself haven't blamed Lamar Jackson and Christian McCaffrey.
Everyone is aware of everyone has heard of the
cheap Mut 25 coins Curse. This is why Lamar Jackson has even more been the focus of interest this year. There was no time when it was more powerful than it was in the beginning of the century. From Marshall Faulk to Shaun Alexander to Vince Young never recaptured the charisma that made them appear on the cover of the game. Barry Sanders retired after getting on the cover (this was remedied by the fact that a retired Barry Sanders graced the cover of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox 360 version of Madden 25. confusing game title and the game's title). I was so convinced of the Madden Curse that I believe I was cursed by Carson Palmer by printing out an original cover featuring Carson Palmer in it for Madden 25. In light of that it's also interesting to consider which of the greatest players were who were able to avoid the Madden Curse through not appearing included on the cover.
