Motorola Edge 40 :What You Need to Know
Motorola has announced the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, the successor to last year’s Motorola Edge 40 Neo, which is among the best budget smartphones for photography. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo combines a Sony LYTIA sensor with moto ai image processing, which works with all lenses to analyse multiple frames of a photo and blend exposures to create a ‘true-to-life’ image, to improve the phone’s low light capabilities.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is IP68 dust and water resistant. It has several AI tools for photo enhancement and adaptive stabilisation in video. Its 6.7in pOLED panel has a 2712×1220 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 2000 nit peak brightness. It is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and a 4500mAh battery.
These new devices combine a harmonious design, with great colors and premium finishes, with a durable build, from underwater protection2 to military grade certification¹, which means the phone passed several durability tests and can withstand extreme environmental conditions. A great camera system, powered by moto ai, will allow the edge 50 and edge 50 neo users to explore their creativity and have great photo results in different scenarios or lighting conditions.
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo is now on sale in the UK from the Motorola website and retailers with a starting price of £399.99. There are four colour options including Pantone Poinciana, Pantone Latté, Pantone Grisaille, and Pantone Nautical Blue.
