There is reason to believe that two men employed sophisticated equipment to focus on a dwelling.

Law enforcement officials stated that a duo arrived at their house on Sunday to encounter two unknown men inside.

According to officials, both suspects left the scene and evaded capture by driving off in a gray Jeep.

Thanks to being at the right place at the right time, deputies were able to apprehend a suspect, attributing the success to a FLOCK camera that Cambridge Village procured via the sheriff’s office.

In reaction to a burglary report, deputies from the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department stopped Jaime Riveras, a Chilean citizen, while he was traveling on Highway 41.

According to Sheriff Robinson, Riveras maintained that he did not halt in Evansville during his journey from St. Louis to Florida.

Sheriff Noah Robinson reported that, in addition to eyewitness reports, a search warrant was issued for the contents of the vehicle. This resulted in the discovery of two cellphones, which contained GPS data showing that the suspect's vehicle was at the Riveras' residence at the time of the burglary.

Riveras has been charged with various offenses, one of them being interference with the reporting of a crime for allegedly using a GPS blockers.
