Prabal Gurung treated his postshow party more like an intimate dinner party with friends. The location, Narcissa at the Standard, East Village, was the ideal choice for the fete, which saw Huma Abedin and Jaime King join fashion fans Nell Diamond and Sabrina Carpenter in delectable bites and equally scintillating conversation. The evening was also an occasion to celebrate Gurung’s appointment as creative director at jewelry house Tasaki, which provided the pearl-accented napkin ring holders for the evening. After Kim Crawford wines were poured, Mia Moretti, Rupi Kaur, and more took their seats for a live performance by Kaitlyn and Mady Dever—a soothing soundtrack to complement a very elegant evening.
